Paperless Billing

Each month you will receive an email notification from Great Plains Communications (GPC), previously Enhanced Telecommunications Corporation (ETC), stating that your bill is available to be viewed, printed or paid online. First time users will be emailed an online bill pay password. To view, print or pay your bill online, log on to etczone.com and click on the "My Account" quick link located on the GPC home page and then choose "Online Bill Pay".

Paperless Billing Acknowledgements

  • I agree to paperless billing in which case, Great Plains Communications (GPC), previously ETC, will cease the mailing of my paper bill by US Postal Service. Instead, GPC will email me notification of when my bill is available to view, print or pay online.
  • I will continue to pay my paper bill until I receive an email notification that my bill is available to view, print or pay online. Depending on the time of the billing cycle, it may be up to 30 days before the paperless format goes into effect.
  • I agree to notify GPC promptly with any changes to my email address.
  • I understand that either I or GPC can cancel the paperless billing enrollment at any time in which case I will revert back to receiving a paper bill by US Postal Service. Depending on the time of the billing cycle, it may be up to 30 days before the paper format goes back into effect. Therefore, I will need to utilize the paperless billing option during this transitional period.
  • I understand that whether I am receiving a paper bill by US Postal Service or a paperless bill online, full payment is due each month by the 17th.
  • I understand that in electing GPC paperless billing, I may pay my bill by utilizing one of the following options:
    • Direct Debit (Automatic Checking or Savings Withdrawal) Recommended
    • Online Bill Pay (Credit Card Payment) Recommended
    • Drop Off Payment to Any Office Location (Check, Cash, Credit Card)
    • Mail Payment to: PO Box 145, Sunman, IN 47041 (Check, Cash, Credit Card)
