Payment Locations

ETC provides a night depository box for your convenience at all four office locations. If you are unable to remit your payment by mail, you may drop off your payment in the box near the front door of your local ETC office.

Please do not mail cash or put cash in the night deposit box. ETC will not be held responsible for lost or stolen payments.

Payment Methods

ETC will accept cash, money orders or personal checks as a payment for your account. ETC does accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard for credit or debit card payment*. You can also pay your bill online or sign up for direct debit billing by accessing our website at etczone.com. Customers who sign up for paperless billing will receive a monthly $1.00 bill credit. To enroll in paperless billing, please contact or stop by your local ETC office.

*If you would like to make a payment by credit or debit card, you may call your local office and make a payment over the phone or stop by your local office during regular business hours.

Personal checks may not be accepted if previous checks have been returned by the bank for insufficient funds.

Can I make a onetime payment online?

Yes, log onto etczone.com. Customers may pay once, or every month online. In the top right of every page, Online Bill Pay will allow users to make a payment anytime, just be sure to have your account number with you.

Billing Information

ETC mails billing statements on the last business day of each month and they are always due before 5:00pm on the 17th of the following month to avoid late charges. Please contact your local ETC office if you have any further questions regarding your billing statement.
