COVID-19: Changes Affecting ETC Customers

The safety and well-being of our customers and employees is very important. As part of that commitment, we are limiting the risk of the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Beginning March 16, ETC will limit foot traffic in all ETC offices by closing the front lobbies until further notice. However, this does NOT mean we are closed for business. Customers still have a variety of ways in which they can conduct business with us, including:

-Online chat: etczone.com

Payment options:

-Online: ebill.etczone.com/ebill/login

-By phone

-Mail or night drop at each office.

If you have a special circumstance, please call our office and we will assist you.

Additionally, ETC will be delaying its regular April TV rate adjustments until the June billing cycle.
