An ETC customer reported receiving a text message that appeared to be from ETC stating that if they answered a few questions they would be registered for a chance to win a Samsung 5G Smart TV. This text message is NOT from ETC and is believed to be a scam. ETC recommends that you ignore
An ETC customer reported receiving the following message in their etczone.com email account. Notice the email address in the From field is not an ETC address. ETC will never send an email that appears like this. If you receive this email, do not click any of the links and delete the message.
An ETC customer recently encountered a pop-up ad on his cellular device while online. The ad claimed to be from ETC, and that this customer had won a prize. It also asked for him to enter some of his information. Please be advised that this is a scam, and that ETC will never ask you
