How to Initialize Your Voice Mailbox
1. Call the voice processor: 932-4444
2. Enter your temporary password: last four digits of your
telephone number.
3. Follow the tutorial prompts:
- Create your personal password - You will be instructed to change your default
password for privacy reasons, please do so. In deciding your new password
please keep in mind that it may be 4 to 15 digits in length and should be one
that would be hard for someone else to figure out, yet easy for you to
remember. NOTE: If a password is forgotten, the mailbox will need to be rebuilt
and all messages will be lost.
- Record your name.
- Record your personal greeting.
How to Check Your Voice Mailbox
Calling from any telephone to your phone number:
- Dial your telephone number
- Press 9 to interrupt your greeting
- Enter your password then press #
Calling from any telephone to the voice processor:
- Call the voice processor: 932-4444
- Press # (to indicate you are a subscriber)
- Enter your 7 digit mailbox number (your
telephone number)
- Enter your password then press #
Calling from your telephone to the voice processor:
- Call the voice processor: 932-4444
- Enter your password then press #
Date/Time
To turn the date / time feature on or off in your mailbox:
- From the main menu press, 4 - 2 - 4

Reviewing and Responding to Messages
Listen to unheard messages:
- From the main menu press, 1 - 1
Replying to a message:
- At the end of a message press, 8
Personal Options - Greetings
You can record a personal greeting to notify callers of
your availability.
Recording a personal/scheduled/busy/no answer greeting:
- From the main menu press, 4 - 3 - 1
Recording a name:
- From the main menu press, 4 - 3 - 3
Administrative Options - Passwords
Passwords control access to your mailbox. They prevent others from accessing your
mailbox and listening to messages without authorization.
Guidelines for establishing your password:
- Your password can have up to 15 digits (the first digit cannot be a zero).
- Passwords should represent numbers that are easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess.
- Change your password on a regular basis.
